Built from your inbox, not by hand

Your travel emails,
finally an itinerary.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft — or link both to the same account. itinly scans Gmail or Outlook for flight, hotel, and reservation confirmations, parses them into structured trip data, and builds a clean day-by-day itinerary you can share and sync to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.

How it works

From scattered confirmations to a real plan, in three steps.

  1. 01

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

One click. itinly forces the account picker so you never get silently signed in as the wrong identity. Link the other provider later from Account settings if you want both inboxes feeding the same itinerary.

  2. 02

    Run a scan

itinly searches your Gmail or Outlook inbox for flight, hotel, train, and reservation confirmations, sends just those messages to Claude for parsing, and shows live progress as it goes — "Found N → Parsing X of M".

  3. 03

    Get your itinerary

Multi-trip scans auto-cluster into one proposal per destination. Trips appear as a clean day-by-day timeline. Edit segments, add to-dos, share with the family, and push to Google or Outlook Calendar in one tap.

What you get

Designed for the trips other planners give up on.

Scan Gmail or Outlook

Claude reads flight, hotel, train, and reservation confirmations — PDFs, HTML, plain text — from any airline or booking site. Multi-trip inboxes auto-cluster by destination so a year of bookings imports as one proposal per trip, not a flat dump. No mailbox connected? Paste an email's HTML or upload an XLSX export.

Calendar sync, both sides

Push every segment to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar with the right IANA time zone per city, so your phone shows the right times wherever you land. Hotels become all-day events; re-sync keeps the calendar in step as plans change; unsync cleans up.

Share — view, edit, or auto-share

Send a private link to anyone — co-travelers, parents, the dog-sitter. View-only links need no sign-up; edit links let trusted travelers add segments and tick off to-dos with you. Set up Auto-share rules for all existing and future trips.

Mobile app, works offline

Install itinly to your home screen for a native-feeling app — no app store, no install size. Cached trips stay readable on the plane, in airport limbo, and across patchy hotel Wi-Fi.

Link both, mix and match

One itinly account can hold a Google identity and a Microsoft identity at the same time. Scan a Gmail confirmation, sync the resulting trip to Outlook Calendar — or any other combination. Manage linked accounts and disconnect any single integration from Account settings.

Built for real trips

Multi-leg flights, layovers, train transfers, and reservations across countries — designed for the messy international itineraries that other planners can't handle.

We don't monetize your data.

Trip data is stored under your account in itinly's managed database, gated by per-user row-level security. We hold encrypted refresh tokens only for the integrations you've explicitly connected. Sign-in always forces the account picker — no silent cross-account auth. No tracking pixels, no ad partners, no resale of your data, ever.
